Madrasah MMS (“the System”) is a school management platform operated for use by the madrasah and its staff, students, and parents. Access is by invitation or approved registration only. By using the System you agree to these terms.
New accounts require administrator approval before access is granted. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with anyone.
Your ITS Number is used to verify your identity within the Dawoodi Bohra community administration system. You must provide an accurate ITS Number when registering.
You agree not to:
Student attendance records, fee information, assignments, and other data entered into the System are the property of the madrasah. You may only view and modify data within the scope of your assigned role.
Administrators may suspend or revoke access at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these terms or the end of a user's association with the madrasah.
The System is provided as-is for the operational needs of the madrasah. We make no warranties regarding uptime or data availability. The madrasah is not liable for any loss arising from use of or inability to access the System.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the System after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
